About Loudoun Apostille

Careful, professional apostille and international document services for individuals, families, businesses, and organizations in Loudoun County and Northern Virginia.

Meet the Founder

Professional Apostille Services with Personal Care

Loudoun Apostille was founded by Rebecca Probst, a Virginia-commissioned notary public based in Loudoun County.

After helping others navigate international document requirements and seeing how confusing the process can be, I started Loudoun Apostille to provide clear, reliable guidance for people who need their documents prepared correctly the first time.

I handle every request personally. Your documents are reviewed, prepared, and tracked from start to finish with care and attention to detail.

I also assist with both simple and complex requests, including cases involving multiple documents, multiple states, and federal records.
